The text was copied from the City's online Code (as of March 2007).
In the interest of space and clarity, the excepts presented here contain only text
relevant to Victoria Park (for example, Industrial zoning districts are edited out).
A series of dots ( . . . . ) indicates where a passage was deleted. Often there will be a
link to the full text of the Code on the City's website, in case you wish to examine the edited
passages. On the "Zoning Districts" page, sections of the text have been reorganized
to consolidate all of the regulations pertaining to a particular zoning category. Similarly,
on the "Parking" page, the table indicating minimum number of parking spaces has been
rearranged to separate residential from commercial requirements. Additional links have also been
inserted to refer you to related items in the Code. In a few instances, the text has been
paraphrased, this is shown in brackets [paraphrased text]. Otherwise the text is original.
Some pages contain an "index" on the left side to help you
find references on that page to a particular topic. A general index of topics
on all pages is being prepared and will appear here shortly.
