The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with David Mancini & Sons, Inc. to make improvements to the stormwater system in the Victoria Park neighborhood to enhance its efficiency and reliability.
Crews will be upgrading stormwater infrastructure along NE 6th Street between NE 7th Avenue and NE 9th Avenue starting Monday, January 26 through Monday, February 9. Work will take place weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- NE 6th Street will be open to local traffic only between NE 7th Avenue and NE 9th Avenue.
- Traffic will be detoured to NE 7th Avenue, NE 7th Street and NE 9th Avenue.
- Access to driveways and homes will be maintained.
- Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
- NE 6th Street will reopen to traffic during non-work hours whenever possible.
