Construction will begin on Monday, August 3, 2026, and is expected to be completed by October 2026 along:
- NE 20th Avenue between NE 9th Place and NE 8th Court
This work includes:
- Cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 350 feet of sewer lines.
- Restoring the roadway, sidewalks and landscaping as needed.
Related traffic impacts:
- The intersection of NE 9th Place and NE 20th Avenue will be closed.
- The westernmost lane of NE 20th Avenue will be closed between NE 9th Place and NE 8th Court. Both lanes of traffic will be shifted to the east side of the road, and on-street parking in the area will be unavailable to accommodate the travel lanes.
- Left turns from eastbound NE 8th Court to northbound NE 20th Avenue will not be permitted.
- Traffic will be detoured to NE 8th Court and NE 19th Avenue.
