Membership in the Association is open to all residents of Victoria Park according to the following boundaries: north – Sunrise Boulevard, south – Broward Boulevard, west – Federal Highway, and east – bodies of water known as Rio Navarro, Karen Canal, and Middle River (excluding Sunrise Key).
Individual or Family members, ages 18 or older, who meet the residency requirements are eligible to vote. Seniors are Individual or Family Members ages 62 or older.
Association members, non-residents with an interest in Victoria Park, are ineligible to vote.
Dues are paid annually, with renewals based on the month you initially joined. Our Membership List is available for you to review your current status.
