The Film Lauderdale / the Broward County Film Commission has advised us of the following permit request for an upcoming production in the Victoria Park Neighborhood.
The filming will be a commercial for “Consentyx” with a total cast/crew of approximately 60 people.
Filming will occur at a private residence (543 N Victoria Park Rd) as well as at Annie Beck Park, on Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26, 2026 between the hours of 8:00am-10:00pm (smaller unit prep of home on Saturday, January 24). All production activity will take place on the public access areas of Annie Beck Park (with Parks Dept approval) and on private property with brief exterior shots of the front of the property.
Production has also requested preliminary set up at 7am, but they have been advised per City policy that any alert sounds on trucks and vehicles MUST be deactivated so that the reverse back up sounds will not impact neighbors.
They have secured offsite private parking for their basecamp, along with parking in driveways of neighbors with property owner approval, so that they do not impact street parking or general traffic in neighborhood. Essential production will park vehicles in the swale directly in front of the home with property owner approval, on one side of the street, in the direction of traffic, not blocking any driveways or mailboxes. A police detail will be onsite to ensure general safety in neighborhood.
All nearby residents should’ve receiving a notification by mail, but if you did not or you have any questions, concerns, or complaints you may reach out to the Assistant Manager at Film Lauderdale, Christy Andreoni, at 954-826-2658 or chandreoni@filmlauderdale.org.
