Traffic Update (Week of April 7th)

  • Northbound US-1 will be closed to traffic Tuesday night, April 4 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. for tunnel cleaning operations. Motorists will be detoured via SE 7th Street, SE 3rd Avenue and Broward Boulevard. Signage will be in place to assist motorists. Please note this operation is not related to construction activities.  
  • Southbound US-1 will be closed to traffic Wednesday night, April 5 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. for tunnel cleaning operations. Motorists will be detoured via Broward Boulevard, SE 3rd Avenue and SE 7th Street. Signage will be in place to assist motorists. Please note this operation is not related to construction activities.  
  • Advanced Notice: Southbound US-1 will be closed to traffic nightly, 9 p.m. until 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 11, Wednesday, April 12, Sunday, April 16, Tuesday, April 18 and Wednesday, April 19 for electrical conduit installation operations. Motorists will be detoured via Broward Boulevard, SE 3rd Avenue and SE 7th Street. Signage will be in place to assist motorists.
  • Advanced Notice: Northbound US-1 will be closed to traffic 9 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. Thursday, April 13, Monday, April 17, and Thursday April 20 for electrical conduit installation operations. Motorists will be detoured via SE 7th Street, SE 3rd Avenue and Broward Boulevard. Signage will be in place to assist motorists.
