Why be a member?

• Let your voice be heard by providing feedback on development that impacts our neighborhood.
• Support and enjoy neighborhood events throughout the year.
• Fund enhancements and maintain the beauty of our neighborhood parks and entranceways.
• Become a part of your neighborhood and keep fully informed of everything Victoria Park can offer you.
• Access a members-only section where important documents such as our bylaws, meeting minutes, master plan, and so forth are stored.

Membership in the Association is open to all residents of Victoria Park according to the following boundaries:  north – Sunrise Boulevard, south – Broward Boulevard, west – Federal Highway, and east – bodies of water known as Rio Navarro, Karen Canal, and Middle River (excluding Sunrise Key).

Individual or Family members, ages 18 or older, who meet the residency requirements are eligible to vote.

Organizations that conduct business in or near the neighborhood may join as non-voting sponsors through a Business membership.

Association Records

Our Secretary maintains the Association’s official records, including meeting minutes and the Bylaws.

Approved minutes are available to members in good standing and may be shared through member communications or upon request in writing to secretary@vpca.org.

Draft minutes and items involving legal or sensitive matters are not distributed.
