An upcoming asphalt resurfacing project is scheduled along the following roads:
- NE 7th Ave. from NE 2nd St. to E. Broward Blvd.
• NE 10th Ave. from NE 3rd St. to NE 2nd St.
NE 11th Ave. from NE 2nd St. to E. Broward Blvd. - NE 13th Ave. from NE 1st St. to E. Broward Blvd.
Construction will begin on Monday, March 2, 2026, and is expected to be completed on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Work will take place daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Work along NE 11th Avenue near Virginia Shuman Young Elementary School will be scheduled to reduce impacts to school operations.
One lane in each direction of each street within the project limits may be closed during work hours. Traffic control personnel will direct traffic as needed.
This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
